Part Two: Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the "Wain Nrooh" app. By using the App, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

"Wain Nrooh" is an app that lets you share links to clips from social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and others), whether by sending them to the chat or through the direct sharing feature. It extracts place information from them and organizes it on a personal map, with features such as reminders about nearby places and the creation of collections. We offer a free plan and a paid plan (Plus).

2. Eligibility and Account

• You must be [18] years of age or older.
• You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity that occurs through your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering and when linking your accounts.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Submit content that is offensive, unlawful, or that infringes the rights of others or intellectual property.
• Hack or damage the App, exceed usage limits, or flood it with excessive requests.
• Impersonate another person, link an account you do not own, or provide misleading information.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All rights in the App, its name, its trademark, and its design are reserved by us. The content you submit remains your responsibility, and you grant us a limited license to process and display it within the service. We respect the rights of other platforms and do not claim any partnership with them; we process only the links you voluntarily send, and we display platform logos in accordance with their brand guidelines solely to indicate the source of the content.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• The Plus plan is a monthly subscription that renews automatically at [19.99] Saudi riyals per month, with an introductory offer where available.
• Payments are processed through Apple App Store's or Google Play's in-app payment system, and renewal and cancellation are subject to the policies of those stores.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current period. It is managed from your store account settings.
• Refund policies are subject to the policies of Apple/Google.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee the accuracy of place information that is extracted automatically (it may contain errors because it relies on external sources and artificial intelligence), and we recommend verifying before you visit. We also do not guarantee the continued availability of linking and sharing features through third-party platforms, as these are subject to those platforms' policies. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use, inability to access, or the accuracy of content.

7. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious misuse. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes shall be settled before the competent judicial authorities there.
